Ms. Shanza Butt is a Counselor-in-Training completing her Clinical Mental health Counseling graduate degree at East Carolina University. She has also an undergraduate degree in Psychology, with a minor in Child Development. She is a very compassionate and empathetic counselor and uses this skill set to help others.
Ms. Butt has exceptional skills working with individuals struggling with substance abuse She has experience working with individuals with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders, and mental health disorders. She has experience withing with children and teens with autism spectrum and behavioral health issues.
Mr. John Kaywood is a Professional Counselor-in-Training completing a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with Belleville University. He is a member of the American Counseling Association. He advocates for the positive impacts of clinical mental health of individuals and within the community as a whole.
Ms. Kaywood has superior communication, customer service, and organization skills that make him a valuable asset to the counseling field in authentic, compassionate client care. He began serving as a Counselor-in-Training with Lifeline Therapy, LLC in 2025 with a focus on helping clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. He collaborates with clinical professionals to ensure the highest quality of client care and to develop a treatment plan that establishes and strives to meet client goals and expectations.
Ms. Canaa Lee is a Counselor-in-Training completing her Professional Counseling Degree with Liberty University. She is a Certified National Counselor Endorsed and has her National Association of Christian Counselor Certification.
Ms. Lee has experience with creative problem solving, critical thinking skills, and relationship building. Her clinical experience includes assessing and identifying recovery plans for individuals struggling with addiction, and evaluating and using evidence based therapeutic techniques to help children, adolescents, teens, and adults.
Ms. Rhonda Niemeyer is a Licensed Professional Counselor providing clinical mental health within the state of Alabama, Arizona, Delaware, and West Virginia. She is a Certified National Counselor, Mental Health First Aid Certified, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Certified. She has a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands.
Ms. Niemeyer is an active member of the American Counseling Association, National Board of Certified Counselors, Mental Health Professionals of North Alabama Association, and Postpartum Depression Coalition. She has more than 20 years of career and college counseling and 7 years of mental health care experience. She joined Lifeline Therapy, LLC in 2024. She works with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship conflict, and trauma by creating a collaborative therapeutic relationship that helps alleviate symptoms, and restores mental and emotional health.
